Installation

Installing from PyPI (Recommended - Upon Release)

When released, SLKB pipeline can be installed through PyPI.

pip install tl_igenecombo

Creating from source

python setup.py sdist
pip install dist/tl_igenecombo-1.0.0.tar.gz --user

Torch v2.1.2 was used in the study.
