Past Projects:

Synthetic Lethality Knowledge Base (SLKB)

Description: Synthetic lethality knowledge base (SLKB) is dedicated to curating CRISPR double knockout experiments (CDKO) aiming to identify synthetic lethal (SL) interactions between two genes. SLKB currently houses 11 studies, 16,059 SL and 264,424 non-SL gene pairs, and 22 cell lines. Website link.

SLKB Analysis Pipeline

Description: Python package accompanying SLKB that allows for SL dataset curration and analysis. SLKB package is available on PyPI and SLKB web application, written in R-Shiny, can also be accessed through the analysis pipeline. Documentation link, GitHub link.
